Participation in Arkansas State University Intramural Sports activities is COMPLETELY voluntary. Each individual participating in intramural activities assumes the risk for any harm or injuries caused by negligence or any intentional acts. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that each individual have sufficient health insurance coverage. Arkansas State University Intramural Department has gone to great lengths to make all activities as safe as possible. Neither Arkansas State University nor the Intramural Department, however, assumes responsibility for injuries incurred while participating in the intramural program.
