Men's A, Men's Greek A, Women's
Greek, or Women's Open
2) Win the All University final
Men's A or Women's A
3) Pay your own way
Teams that go must have the
following information in before the due date:
1) Entry Fee
2) Completed tournament roster
(roster & enrollment verification)
3) SIGNED waivers
4) SIGNED Conduct forms
If you pay your
own way I still need to sign off on the team forms!
Some forms will
need to go to the registrar's office. You will need to get those in 1 week
before the due date.
PLEASE BE
AWARE: If you sign up a team & DO NOT show up to the extramural
tournament or drop out:
1) You WILL NOT get a refund
2) If you win a paid bid, your
ENTIRE team will be billed the amount due & blocked from current & future
intramural events
3) You will be blocked from future
extramural tournaments
In short...make sure that you can
