Yoga & Pilates

This hour-long class introduces the basic elements of yoga practice: breathing, flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. This class complements other physical activities and sports by expanding lung capacity, achieving and maintaining proper alignment within the skeletal system, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and strengthening muscles of the body. Yoga facilitates deep relaxation and mental focus.

Clothing: Comfortable!

Supplies: Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, there are a few available for check-out.

 

 

  

Famous Taylor

Martial Arts (Shorin Ryu)/Aerobics

This class will consist of the basic fundamentals and advance techniques of martial arts. Famous will also teach basic and advanced self-defense as well as some basic weapons techniques.

Clothing: Loose & comfortable

Hip-Hop Aerobics

Hip-Hop Aerobics is a class that takes the style of hip-hop dance and incorporates targeting specific muscles in the abs and waist area all while dancing to hoppin' songs that are popular today. This class also includes light beginners choreography to take home and practice on your own!

Graycen Colbert

Kickboxing

The class will be a mixture of kickboxing moves and techniques and will incorporate practice with mitts. The class will also consist of cardio conditioning and strengthening for the entire body.
