Fitness Club Specialty Classes

Cardio 101, Free Motion 101, Free Weight 101: This class is to teach you the in's and out's of cardio and strength training equipment. It will be a basic introduction to the machines, as well as how to make the most out of your workout. This class will be taught by upper-level students majoring in Exercise Science.

You DO NOT have to sign up for this class...just show up!

Class Times:

Cardio 101: Every 3rd Monday, 7pm - 8pm - starting Jan 26

Free Motion 101:Every 3rd Monday, 7pm - 8pm - starting Feb 2             

Free Weight 101: Every 3rd Monday, 7pm - 8pm - starting Feb 9

 

This class will meet in the Dance Studio (located inside the 3rd level of the Fitness Club).

 

Dance Class Series: 

Learn how to do the:

Runmba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Waltz, Tango, Salsa, Foxtrot, and more....

Sign up is required. Please sign up at the front desk on the 3rd floor of the Student Fitness Club.
