Specialty Classes
Fitness Club 101:
This class is to teach you the in's and out's of the
Fitness Club. It will be a basic introduction to the cardio and weight machines,
as well as teaching you the basics of how to lift weights properly. This class
will be taught by upper-level students majoring in Exercise Science.
You DO NOT have to sign up for
this class...just show up!
Class Times: January 17th, 5:00pm -
6:00pm & January 22nd, 12:30pm - 1:30pm.
This class will meet in the Dance
Studio (located inside the 3rd level of the Fitness Club).
Dance Class
Series: All of the classes in this series are
instructed by Dr. Mike Cundall (see bio under Staff & Instructors tab). Two
classes a month are offered and each month is a different dance. The second
class of the month will take off where the first one left off. Participants are
encouraged to attend the first and second class each month if possible. Sign-up
IS required for all dance classes and spots are limited! Please see the Fitness
Club Calendar tab to see what days you can begin signing up for the dance
classes.
