Cardio 101,
Free Motion 101, Free Weight 101:
This class is to teach you the in's and out's of
cardio and strength training equipment. It will be a basic introduction to the machines,
as well as how to make the most out of your workout. This class
will be taught by upper-level students majoring in Exercise Science.
You DO NOT have to sign up for
this class...just show up!

Studio (located inside the 3rd level of the Fitness Club).
