Fitness Club Classes: Spring 2008

* Classes will begin on Monday, January 28th *

Class space will be given on a first-come first served basis...you DO NOT have to sign-up in advance!!!

 Monday:

Kickboxing: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Abs: 6:30pm - 7:00pm

Yoga: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Belly Dancing: 8:00pm - 9:00pm *NEW*

 

Tuesday:

Pilates: 12:30pm – 1:15pm

Martial Arts (Shorin Ryu): 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Body Blast: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Abs: 6:30pm - 7:00pm

Beginning Ballet: 7:00pm - 8:00pm *NEW*

 

Wednesday:

Kickboxing: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Abs: 6:30pm – 7:00pm

Beginning Ballet: 7:00pm - 8:00pm *NEW*

Belly Dancing: 8:00pm - 9:00pm *NEW*

 

 Thursday:
