This hour-long class introduces the basic elements of yoga
practice: breathing, flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. This
class complements other physical activities and sports by expanding lung
capacity, achieving and maintaining proper alignment within the skeletal
system, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and strengthening muscles
of the body. Yoga facilitates deep relaxation and mental focus.

This class will
consist of the basic fundamentals and advance techniques of martial arts.
Famous will also teach basic and advanced self-defense as well as some basic
weapons techniques.

In this class you will learn the basics of ballet, how to strengthen feet and
legs, basic barre work, floor work, and basic ballet positions.

Belly Dancing
This class will teach you to work up your movement and loosen your hips. A
mixture of Middle Eastern music and hip-hop.

Come in on Thursday nights for a total Body Blast. Tone-up, burn fat, get
fit, and feel great. Body Blast includes a combination of Flexibility &
resistance training, and a cardiovascular workout designed to meet any fitness

Kickboxing
The class will be a mixture of kickboxing moves and
techniques and will incorporate practice with mitts. The class will also
consist of cardio conditioning and strengthening for the entire body.
