Juliet Morrow

Yoga & Pilates

This hour-long class introduces the basic elements of yoga practice: breathing, flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. This class complements other physical activities and sports by expanding lung capacity, achieving and maintaining proper alignment within the skeletal system, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and strengthening muscles of the body. Yoga facilitates deep relaxation and mental focus.

 

 

  

Famous Taylor

Martial Arts (Shorin Ryu)

This class will consist of the basic fundamentals and advance techniques of martial arts. Famous will also teach basic and advanced self-defense as well as some basic weapons techniques.

 

 

Dominique Wilcox *NEW*

Beginning Ballet

In this class you will learn the basics of ballet, how to strengthen feet and legs, basic barre work, floor work, and basic ballet positions.

 

 

Samantha Laddon *NEW*

Belly Dancing

This class will teach you to work up your movement and loosen your hips. A mixture of Middle Eastern music and hip-hop.

 

 

 

   

Mike Cundall

Swing and Cha-Cha

Check out these specialty, one-time only classes. Unlike the other classes, you must sign up for these in advance. So be sure to watch for signs in the Fitness Club and be one of the first to sign up!

 

 

Dylan Fisher

Body Blast

Come in on Thursday nights for a total Body Blast. Tone-up, burn fat, get fit, and feel great. Body Blast includes a combination of Flexibility & resistance training, and a cardiovascular workout designed to meet any fitness level, and guaranteed to burn fat.

 

 

Greg Smith

Abs

Check out this intense abdominal workout!

 

 

Graycen Colbert

Kickboxing

The class will be a mixture of kickboxing moves and techniques and will incorporate practice with mitts. The class will also consist of cardio conditioning and strengthening for the entire body.
